You can cancel or amend an order within 24 hours of placing it.
You are not eligible for a refund unless you meet the following criteria:
- Your purchase is not delivered at all.
- You received a defective or incorrect product.
- It hasn’t even been a day since you placed your order!
- If the product you received is not the one you bought, you have 7 days to return it after receiving your order. If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email us, and we will replace it.
